When does campus recruitment start?

The campus recruitment program has been initiated and is expected to start in September. You can follow our Wechat account for updated itineraries.

Where are the jobs based?

The current positions are based in Chengdu (the head office location), Chongqing, Kunming and Guiyang. Sales positions will involve travel within the province.

What is the recruitment process?

Graduates can attend the online seminar and submit their CVs. Students whose CVs pass the screening process will be given an online preliminary test and an offline review and assessment, and will be accepted after passing the final assessment.

How do I submit my CV for the campus recruitment?

Graduates can sumbit their CVs through our official website and recruitment webites such as 51job.com, Zhaopin.com or Yingjiesheng.com. They can also send their CVs to our mailbox: hr.recruit@scasia-core.com or follow our official Wechat account: "亚中招聘" and apply.

Can I apply for multiple positions?

Graduates can only apply for one position. After your submission, we will assess through an interview, and if there is a more suitable position, our HR will contact you for the next steps.

How long to hear back after an interview?

The feedback will normally be given 3 working days after the interview.

Can former students participate?

Due to the impact of the epedimic this year, graduates in 2020 can also attend the recruiting seminar.

What is the salary if am hired?

Successful applicants will go through the internship and graduation stage. The intern salary is 95-120 CNY/day and is paid on a daily basis. After becoming a full-time employee, the salary level and amount will be determined in line with the Company's payment rate for graduates this year.

What benefits are offered to graduates hiring straight from college?

After signing the employment contract, graduates enjoy the same welfare benefits as the full-time employees, including the eight insurances and the housing privident fund, paid annual leave, birthday leave, examination leave, holiday gratuities and other welfare benefits.

What kind of training is available after joining?

In addition to the onboarding, we will provide special training and assessment for the management trainees. Each employee will be assigned a mentor for one-to-one coaching.

What is the career track after joining?

The rotational mechanism will enable new employees to familiarise themselves with the work and the working environment. When they are competent, they will choose to pursue either a professional or a management career path according to their personal strength and interest, and will be promoted according to their performance assessment results.
